Finding your way

Your dashboard lives at dashboard.latticeone.ai.

The menu has three groups. This guide follows the same order.

  • Commerce — Dashboard, Orders, Baskets, Products, Inventory, Lots / Batches, COAs / Lab Documents, Customers, Shipping, Discounts
  • Store — Content, Media, Emails / Notifications, Analytics, Storefront, Domains
  • Organization — Messages, Requests, Compliance, Integrations, Users, Settings

Two items show a count:

  • Messages — how many messages from Lattice you haven’t read.
  • Requests — how many of your requests are still open.

On a phone or small screen, the menu is behind the ☰ button at the top left.

Type in the Jump to… box at the top to find any menu page by name. Press Enter to open the first match, or Esc to clear the box.

If your organization has more than one store, the Store picker at the top of the menu switches between them. Stores that aren’t live show their status next to their name, like (draft).

Owners and admins can add a store from the same picker: + New store…. An organization can run up to five stores.

Everything you see — orders, products, customers — belongs to the store you have open. The store’s name shows at the top left, under Lattice.

Click your name at the top right for:

Item What it does
Your account Change your display name and set up a passkey.
What’s new Recent changes to Lattice. Shows a count when there’s something you haven’t seen.
Submit feedback Report a problem or ask for something. See below.
Sign out Signs you out and takes you back to the sign-in page.

The menu also shows your email, your organization, and the version of Lattice you’re on.

Use Submit feedback in your menu, or the feedback button at the bottom corner of any page. Pick a type:

  • Bug — something isn’t working.
  • Feature — something you’d like Lattice to do.
  • Modification — a change to something that already exists.

Add a title and details. The page you were on is sent along with it, and you can attach a screenshot. Your feedback becomes a request you can follow under Requests.

  • Create and edit open in a panel that slides in from the right. If you close it with unsaved changes, it asks Discard your changes? first.
  • Pop-up dialogs only ask you to confirm something, like a delete.
  • Status is always a word on a coloured badge, never colour alone.
  • Members see owner-only controls greyed out. See Users.

If Lattice staff open your dashboard to help, they see it exactly as you do. Every visit is recorded, and you can see who visited and what they changed under Settings → Platform access.
