Glossary
Organization — your business. It owns your stores and your team.
Store — one storefront with its own products, orders and customers. Up to five per organization.
Owner / Admin / Member — the three user roles.
Approval — Lattice’s sign-off on your organization. Comes before going live.
Live — your store is open to shoppers. You can pause it.
Draft / Active — whether a product or page shows on your storefront.
Store template — a starter theme, categories and products for a new store.
Theme — your storefront’s fonts, colours and corners.
Size — one variant of a product, with its own price, SKU and stock.
Kit (bundle) — a product made of other products.
Shelf — Best-seller or New arrival; groups products on your home page.
Lot (batch) — one production run of a product.
COA — certificate of analysis: a lab’s test report for a lot.
Shipping method — a priced option you offer at checkout.
Carrier — FedEx, USPS or UPS, connected for live rates and labels.
Void — cancel a label or payment before it’s used or settled.
Saved card — a shopper’s card stored for later charges. Lattice shows only brand and last four.
Sandbox — test mode. No real money moves.
Subdomain — your free address, your-store.shops.latticeone.ai.
Custom domain — your own address, connected with a CNAME record.
Order prefix — the letters before your order numbers.
Platform access — a recorded visit by Lattice staff to your dashboard.
