Your store sends emails from templates you can edit, including:

• Shipping — sent when an order is fulfilled, with tracking.
• Customer messages — what you send from a customer record.
• Abandoned basket reminders — sent to shoppers who left without paying. See Baskets.

Emails go out under your store’s name.

Notices from Lattice

When Lattice sends you a notice (a new message, a review result), the email links back to your dashboard rather than repeating the message.
