Store

• Status — live or paused. See Going live.
• Contact details — the email and phone your store shows and Lattice replies to.
• Order-number prefix — like AP for AP-0042. Old orders keep their numbers.
• Time zone — used for discount dates and daily analytics. If unset, Los Angeles time is used.

Platform access

Lattice staff can open your dashboard to help you. Every visit is recorded under Settings → Platform access:

• the staff member’s email,
• whether they only looked or had full access,
• when the visit started and ended,
• how many changes they made.

A visit that changed nothing shows 0, so looking and editing are never confused.
