Field	Notes
Name	Your name, as your team will see it.
Work email	You sign in with this. One account per email.
Password	At least 8 characters.
Organization	Your business. It owns your stores and your team.
First store	Optional. Leave it blank to add a store later.

Click Create account. Lattice sets up:

your organization,
your account, as its owner,
your first store, if you named one. It starts as a draft with its own address, like your-store.shops.latticeone.ai.

You go straight to your dashboard at dashboard.latticeone.ai. No email confirmation is needed.

Store templates

Once you’ve named your first store, you can start it from a template. A template gives the store:

a theme — fonts, colours and corners,
categories,
a starter catalog of products, with their forms and sizes.

Template products arrive as drafts priced at $0, with SKUs filled in for you. They have no description, lab documents or stock. Set your prices and add the rest before you make them active.

After sign-up the store is yours. If Lattice changes the template later, your store doesn’t change.

You can also pick a template when you add a new store, or from an empty Products page.

Adding more stores

An organization can run up to five stores. Add one from the store switcher at the top of the left menu: + New store…. Each new store starts as a draft with its own setup steps.

Forgot your password? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.

If Lattice set up your account

Lattice staff can create an organization for you. If they did, they’ll give you a temporary password. The first time you sign in, you’ll be asked to choose a new one — it must be different from the one you were given.
