Staff console

The staff console is at dashboard.latticeone.ai/platform. It’s for Lattice staff only.

Page	What it’s for
Overview	Volume across all merchants.
Organizations	Every merchant. The record shows details, documents and messages together.
Approvals	Review a merchant’s business packet. Approve, or reject with a note the merchant reads word for word.
Audit	Search changes by organization, action, person, or impersonated only. Shows which fields changed, never their values.

Acting as a merchant

Open an organization to act as it. This starts a recorded 30-minute session:

• A banner shows whose store you’re in and the time left.
• Every change you make is recorded with your name.
• The merchant sees the visit under Settings → Platform access.

Templates

• Store templates — add products (name, category, form, sizes, shelves), then publish to sign-up. An empty template can’t be published, and a published one must be taken off sign-up before it can be deleted.
• Page templates — Title, page address and summary. Offered to picks store types (none ticked means every store). Use # for a heading, - for a bullet, and the placeholders {{store_name}}, {{legal_name}}, {{store_email}}, {{store_phone}}. Set Active to offer it.

Shipping carriers

Test a carrier connection and check rates, labels and return labels. Labels bought in these checks are voided.
