Setup wizard
Each store has its own setup wizard. Open it from the Dashboard, or go to dashboard.latticeone.ai/setup.
The top of the page tells you how many required steps are left. The steps are listed down the left side. Click any one to jump to it.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Stop any time. Your progress is saved to your account. Next time, you pick up where you left off.
- Steps check your real records. A step is done because the thing it needs exists, not because you ticked it. If you add a product on the Products page, the Products step shows as done. If you delete your last product, the step opens again.
- Same forms as the rest of the dashboard. Anything you change in a step changes the same setting everywhere.
- Each step tells you what’s missing. A yellow box lists what the step still needs. A green box means it’s done, and you can still change it later.
- Optional steps have a Skip for now button. A skipped step shows Undo skip to put it back on your list.

5. Business details

| Section | What to enter |
|---|---|
| The business | Registered legal name and company EIN. |
| Physical address | Where the business is. |
| Billing address | Or tick Billing address is the same as the physical address. |
| Point of contact | A name, email and phone number. |

| Bank account | Bank name, name on the account, account type, routing number and account number. |
Documents can be PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 15 MB each. Uploading again replaces the old file.
6. Compliance checklist
Section titled “6. Compliance checklist”This step applies only to research-peptide stores. For any other store type, there’s nothing to do and the step is done.
For research-peptide stores, the checklist covers what the card networks and Lattice’s bank require before a store can take orders. It checks your store as it’s set up now:
- Card payments are on, and Visa and American Express are accepted.
- Your storefront footer carries the required research-use notice.
- Your footer shows your business name, street address and phone.
- Every product has a lot-specific COA from a lab.
- Terms & Conditions and Refund / Returns pages are published, and the refund terms agree everywhere.
- A KYC / Customer Due Diligence page is published, stating buyers must be 21 or older.
Each check shows what we found and, if it fails, what to do, with a link to the right page. See Compliance for more.
7. Review and submit
Section titled “7. Review and submit”Review lists everything still missing. Click an item to go straight to the field that fixes it. When you’ve saved the fix, Back to review takes you back to the list.
Once every required step is done, click Submit for review. Lattice replies on your store’s contact email, and anything they need shows up in your Messages.
After you submit
Section titled “After you submit”While Lattice reviews your details, the wizard shows With Lattice for review. You can keep editing your store in the meantime.
If Lattice asks for changes, you’ll see Lattice asked for changes at the top of the wizard, with their note. Fix what it says and submit again.
Once you’re approved, the last step shows Go live. See Going live.
