Content is where you write your store’s pages — About, FAQ, policies and so on.

  • Pages use a structured editor.
  • A page is a draft until you set it active. Only active pages show on your storefront.

Start from a template

Section titled “Start from a template”
  1. Go to Content → Start from a template.
  2. Pick one and click Use this template. It opens as a draft with your store’s details filled in.
  3. Edit it, set Status to Active, then Save.

If Lattice updates the template later, your page doesn’t change.

Policy pages

Lattice offers templates for the policy pages stores need, such as Terms & Conditions and Refunds & Returns. Links to your policy pages appear in every store’s footer.
